This SUPER! MEGA! XXL! Collection features some of the most recent works by our friend and Italian musician Dylan Iuliano aka The Delay In The Universal Loop, his full-lenghts INNER CAPITALISM (2020), Holy Circuitry (2020) alongside a couple mixtapes, SOFFIO (2022) and Unsolicited Corrupted Files (2010-2016). This tape might be the very last release under this moniker, at least for the recent future as the composer is moving to new endeavours, closing the circle of 10+ years of electronic mattanza.

For the artwork of the case we made a huge collage out of printed scratch, bullshit advertisement and magazine announcements and offers, to come closer to the core of inner capitalisms phantasmagorical spectaculous world of brands and prices. Each piece is singular and part of a big puzzle. The inlay was made by Leonie Lude.

The Delay In The Universal Loop is the stage name of Italian musician Dylan Iuliano. His music has been described as an accelerated and distorted blend of electronica and punk, noise, psychedelia and hyperpop, Dylan himself has referred to his fastly changing and brief compositions as 'internalized forms of capitalism'. He has been releasing music under the moniker of The Delay In The Universal Loop since 2012, the year of his debut LP ’Disarmonia’ (Jestrai/Factum Est). His second full lenght album,’Split Consciousness’, was composed on a 50$ second-hand computer with 1GB of RAM and was released in the US in 2015 (Moon Sounds Records/Dilated Time/Dallas Distortion Music) and acclaimed by press worldwide.Throughout the years he released many other EPs and a couple more full-lenght (Esplendidos! 2017, INNER CAPITALISM and Holy Circuitry, 2020, SOFFIO, 2022) that gained attention and enthusiastic reviews from VICE, Noisey, Wired, Consequence of Sound, Dummy Magazine, Rumore, Rockit, Sentireascoltare and many other press outlets, 'Split Consciousness' was in the list of the best 2015 Noisey's records and Inner Capitalism in the list of best 2020 WIRED albums. Dylan also toured the US and Europe multiple times in support to his releases, playing festivals like CMJ in New York and roBOt in Bologna and sharing the stage with acts as SHIGETO, Rival Consoles, Donato Dozzy, Fennesz, IOSONOUNCANE, Mr. Kitty and many more. Beside his works as The Delay In The Universal Loop, he has been the art director of ‘404: Space Not Found’, the first electronic music festival in the area of Sannio (southern Italy) that hosted the only Italian shows of Molly Nillson, Gaika (Warp), Alessandro Adriani (Mannequin Records’ founder), Daniele Sciolla, Retina.it (Raster) and many more between 2015 and 2017. He’s also the founder of Bulbless!, a music label that is unearthing music from Benevento (Dylan’s hometown) from the past decades (its latest release, Lick The Witch – Beneventowave vol.1, is a compilation of 20 electronic music tracks from Benevento made in the last 30 years.). Last but not least, he recently debuted a solo project with Italian lyrics called 'xenboi'.

About 'Unsolicited Corrupted Files', this collection features material mostly composed shortly after the 'Split Consciousness' release in 2015, and that was lost entirely. Years after, Dylan managed to recover just some little fragments of just a bunch of the hundreds lost track and had to glue together and re-create the original structures to bring back these unsolicited corrupted files to
life.
